Over the course of his career, Neil successfully operated his own electrical contracting business for 44 years, retiring from electrical contracting in 2025 while continuing to remain actively involved in the industry with TruWave Electrical Pty Ltd.
His extensive industry background includes delivering electrical services across large-scale commercial projects, high-end residential installations, and long-term maintenance contracts for many prominent Perth businesses and clients. Neil has also built a strong reputation for complex electrical fault finding and practical fault resolution, with decades of experience diagnosing and solving difficult electrical issues across a wide range of installations. Known throughout the industry for his quality workmanship, reliability, and professional service, Neil brings a depth of experience that is highly valued by both clients and colleagues alike.

Throughout his career, Adam has worked on major commercial construction projects, electrical maintenance contracts, and complex fault-finding works across Western Australia.
His background includes working with SCEE on Western Australia’s first BESSR project, along with four years at Programmed Electrical Technologies, where he progressed to Breakdown Electrical Supervisor on a multi-million-dollar electrical maintenance contract for the Public Transport Authority.
