We're a proudly family-owned and operated electrical contractor based in Perth, servicing residential and commercial customers across the metropolitan area. With more than 65 years of combined industry experience, we've built our reputation on honesty, attention to detail and workmanship that stands the test of time.

TruWave Electrical was founded by Adam Bailey with a simple goal—to provide Perth homeowners and businesses with honest advice, premium workmanship, and reliable electrical solutions backed by genuine experience.
After more than 15 years working across residential, commercial, industrial, and mining sectors, Adam established TruWave Electrical to deliver the level of workmanship, communication, and customer service he believed clients deserved.
Today, Adam is supported by his father, Neil Bailey, who brings more than 50 years of industry experience to the business. Having operated his own successful electrical contracting company for over four decades, Neil's knowledge and practical expertise continue to play an invaluable role across residential, commercial, and fault-finding projects.
Together with Jennifer, who manages administration, customer service, and business operations, the TruWave team is committed to delivering professional electrical services with quality, reliability, and attention to detail at every stage of the project.

Outside of TruWave Electrical, Jennifer is also a Registered Nurse and Midwife with a Master's degree, bringing a strong focus on professionalism, communication, and customer care to every aspect of the business.
